mixed feelings @ 12:53 PM

2 more days I am leaving again !!! I'm sad and happy. I have mixed feelings !! Sad because i have to let go some attachment in Klang. I gonna miss my furry animals, my parents, my relatives, my friends. And the saddest thing is I haven't go back to my previous work place to see the children. It is so hard for me to step in and step out and say bye bye to the children!!!! =( It's just so hard...Therefore,I finally make up my decision and refuse to see them !!!


Happy?? I am happy because i get to be independent again. I've more freedom here. I can go anywhere I want ...enjoy walking life, by bus or by cab !!! Dad no longer be my chauffeur. I feel so bad all the time when dad need to serve me !! I feel guilty all the time whenever I caused a trouble !!! Haihh I'm such a trouble maker !!! But things will be different when I am alone cause I learn to solve my own problem =D
I seriously learn alot here ...one damn thing I have ever learn here in Oz land is
"ASK" = Ask, Sincere, Knowledge =)~ Yeah, if i need anything I will ask around. Settle down myself instead of sitting down and goyang kaki !!!


Well, i always know god will never comes down from the sky. If I don't learn to ASK nobody will know what I want !!! Waiting for an opportunity to come is always impossible......

This post gonna show u what I've cooked so far in this "San Ka La" place called Toowoomba =D

Since the days, when mummy left me in this "San Ka La" place. I've decided to learn up cooking myself with the help of my creative brain =D !! Pls give applause !!! Frankly, I have see alot of improvements and achievement in myself !!! Daddy not only send me to study but also to be a chef =D ahahahaa I guess by the time when I graduated, I will get to receive 2 most expensive certificates in my life. Cooking cert. and ECE cert. =P and I will never let dad and mum dissapointed =)

Cheesy Potatoes @ 10:57 AM

It's been so long I stop updating my blog. =D Because don't know what to blog =P

Anyway, this post is about how to make cheesy potatoes. Well, nowadays shopping for groceries are not cheap anymore !!! sighh why huh?? Potatoes also cost me more than RM 20 ? haihhh well..imported potatoes frm Aus of course =D!!! hahahaa so last friday, I decided to make cheesy potatoes for a bunch of friends in ballet class...The reason why I cooked potatoes is because I want to make them "FAT" !!! ahahaha =P how evil ahahhaa u know like the fairy tale >>> snow white and the 7 drawfs?? and i am the evil witch !! ehehehee =P

I m home ~ Home sweet Home? Bored like hell !!! And Yeah..with my beloved wonderful brain =D I finally knew how to take flight home by myself =P !!! sounds lame I know !!! Hahaaa =P pls give applause ..my first time take flight by myself weiii !!!!

It's been so long i stop updating my blog !! Sorry my dearest fans wahahaha =P..I was really busy with my assignments and also final practicum =D
Yeah, I've completed all my prac in Aus !! ahahaha what a relief !!! Gonna missed all the ang mor kias in Mirambeena !!! I am thankful and blessed that my dad and mum send me over to Aus. I seriously have learnt alot from all my mentors and liason. The staffs were really helpful and friendly towards me. Working in such environment seems stressed free. Everyone seems professional here. No politics, no gossiping, no shouting or biting the children !!! What I enjoy the most in the kindy was entering the staff room during lunch time. =D Cause I am allowed to have 1 hour break there. Most of the time I will sit down quietly and enjoyed my coffee alone or sometime together with few teachers. Anyway, I gonna work as a relieve teacher next year there. Hopefully, the supervisor still remember me !! Heheehe I gotta send her my resume =)

Well, although I have passed my final prac but still I was abit sad with the feedback from mentor. Sob sob sob sob !!! Makes me don't feel like completing the folder =( and hate her !!! I bought her a gift too when I left the school. Supposingly, the present is huge and expensive end up i changed it to become cheaper and smaller !!! hahahaa I am so mean yeah !!! ahhaaa the present is now in Malaysia !!! I gave it to my mum instead =D ...conclusion, I still wanna say I missed the children in Mirambeena so much !!!!! That's all about practicum life in Aust...

What i gonna show now is my new pink lappy =D *show off*


Anyway, I'm typing this blog with my new pink lappy VGN-CS16G in my beloved chamber ahaha loves it much...finally back to my own room !!! BTW, I loves the person who fetched me to PC fair and paid this for me !!! Thanks you so much xoxo !! Love you much =)

It's my last day today. I finally finished my placement for this semester. I
got an email from faculty today. They exempted my 3rd prac=D
so happy !!! That means, I only left one more prac in semester 3 which is coming soon in Nov 17 =D ~ Then, next year I only have to study 3 subjects per sem !!! Conclusion, I still left 6 more subjects in order to graduate =D

What a huge relief. It has been 2 weeks I didn't sleep well and eat well. I was down with sore throat, cough, then followed by a flu. I lost my voice during placement week. sob sob end up I have to drag my placement until this week. Which mean today is my last day. =D The day when I down with sore throat I was so worried, not sure what to do for my prac....luckily, lecturer gave me her hp number before....so i called her evening time... she said is okay I can delay my prac lor =D . Then the next day morning, I seek for doctor alone in order to get a medical cert. Sob Sob....walking alone to Uni Plaza ahaha anyway is near =D......mana tau the nurse said "come back tomorrow" !!! Hey .... I am half dead...she asked me come back tomolo !!! Wat the ... !!! End up, I walk to uni seek for doctor there !!! I waited for half an hour in student services finally i got a chance to visit the doctor and get a medical cert!! Guess what? an old lady appeared infront of me and said I am the doctor!! I actually freak off because she doesn't looks like 1 =D ...I don't know how to describe her look. But anyway, as long as i got that damn medical cert. everything is alright looooo =D

Till today, I am still down with flu and cough sob sobbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbb but luckily, i still managed to pass my placement with level 1 outstanding performance =D God blessed !!! I can't afford to fail my prac...it seems important cause if I fail my prac = I will fail the whole semester !!!

Anyway, is time to concentrate my assignments. Hopefully, I will get flying colours in this semester ...sob sob sob....

Tomolo I am going to treat my spine =) ....need to go swimming !!!! Sob sob my poor spine ..sorry for betraying you ^^

Omg....I've been spending so much money for my practicum =(

Everything convert d is like so expensive
construction papers convert d is about RM 15.00 ++ per pack for 100 sheets I actually went to 3 shops to compare price LOL end up I buy nothing home. At last, Crystal helped to get it for me but still so expensive and I haven't pay Crystal money sob sob sob !!!

A4 size felt 1 piece is 1 dollar ~ 10 pieces = 10 dollar !!!sob sob I haven't use it and I dunno why i bought them !!!!

Going home on dec....I am going to bring as many things as possible!!! sob sob I am having tough time to think of a lesson to teach. Without materials really hard for me to plan =((( somemore must follow children interest !!! Arghhhhh

I am down with sore throat now ! I need deflame but I already gave it to Bev and Bev gave it to Yvonne =( so tomorrow I must go pharmacy to buy lor...dear kor, why u gave me only 1 box la ???? !!! sighhhh.....all my sisters here are having sore throat and now is my turn =(((( maybe is because I drank too much of coffee !!! Lately, I am addicted to coffee !!!! 1 day 3 cups just to make myself awake but end up I still sleep like a pig !!!! Maybe i really need caffein pills???? Was asking bro to give me that day through msn if I go home and he said ok !!! Is he trying to kill me??? sob sob sob evil bro =P

Hopefully, tomorrow I got voice to sing with the children. Sigh actually i got no idea what to teach tomorrow. die die die I can only think of ducks !! Hahaaaaaaa cause that's the only resource I have !! =(

time is running out @ 7:15 AM

It's 7 am here ~ I am going to Rochelle's house in 2 hours time. Haven't really think of the questions to interview her -- !! Perhaps I will just straight away show her the assignment questions ???!!! LOL

Rueben's Observations only 50% done I must make sure to complete all the 12 observations by today. Sob sob. I CAN DO IT!!!!!


Somehow, I am having difficulty to interprete Rueben's observation. Sigh....He doesn't really talk much, he never shows any temper, he never shows any negative behaviour, he is just too attentive when he is playing. Sighhhh and every time when I observe him, he plays the same toys !!!sien sighh so with 12 observations what to write??? Tell me???? Do I also need to keep repeating ???? sob I should focus on his positive behaviour !!! LOL Well, in life it is easy to focus on human's negative behaviour compare to positive behaviour !!!That's why our world are not peaceful ~ so from today start, remember to observe my positive behaviour not negative behaviour k? Let's together make this world a peaceful place to stay!!! ahahhaa =P


Practicum starts tomorrow, I am excited to work with the children, and I am panic with the workload sighhh !!! Time is running out !!! I must stop blogging for 2 weeks??? Conclusion, I gtg now and I haven't done any laundry this week!!! No clothes to wear d !!! Sob sob so bye laaaa

Busiest month ~ @ 2:03 AM

I am busy, busy and busy ......I really busy meh??? sighhh... need to rest la !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wake up around 6am today. Feeling drowsy then I told myself I cannot be so restless anymore !! I must try finished my assignments before practicum starts!!! Then I go online. Checking my mail ...Found out that ECE 2112 essay result is released !!!! I'm panic and pray hard that I can score a HD again... However, it disapoints me =(

After that, I planned my literacy tasks. Found out that it was not as easy as I used to think. I looked carefully at the 11 heavy questions. LOL I feel like crying *sniffs* Because I don't know what to do for the resources =(!!! Again, quickly think think think think and I think =D realized that I actually borrowed a book from library weeks ago !!! Got some ideas there !!! So, I think again !!! Should i go get all the materials by today???? Cause next week I am having prac -___- and I don't think I got time to cook, to eat, to rest, to nap, to go out !!! sighhhh...Therefore, around 9.20 am I went to clifford garden to find some materials !! When I reached there, I ate Mcdonald =D then I snapped some photos *ahem* this time definitely not taking my face but all the different environmental logos !!! hahahaa =D

Yeah, everyone was looking at me when I snapped photos infront of mcdonald, red rooster, subway, and etc. =D !!! I am now done with this resource. Now, the important task is I need to write and print out the photos and makes it into a literacy game for 3 to 4 years old.

Finished eating~ I go shopping !!! Not sure, where to go cause this is only my second time to shop in Clifford Garden. I was abit sesat. Very blur =D Can u imagine, I am having a hard time looking for an ATM machine??? I actually walked around the whole Clifford Garden only I get to find the machine =D When I found the atm machine, then only I realized that I did passed by when I came down from the bus!!! =D wth !!! sob sob

Conclusion, Today I try to spend on cheap cheap materials (glue, tape, marker pen, water colours) sighh but I still need to pay alot -__- !!!! Stupid literacy resources !!! If I don't score I will go and knock the wall !!! Reached home 12.30 pm and this is what I did today !!!

Crystal farewell? @ 5:15 PM

I am currently suffering with a back ached probably is due to I carried my printer to repair by bus on Tuesday LOL ~ Dear Daddy, without u here with me, I am still alive and strong !!! =D no worries

Crystal help me to buy a printer and sent it to my house last night !! I am touched therefore tomorrow I am going to Australia Zoo with her !!!

Sob Sob....Crystal is leaving us soon =( 20 more days to go!! Which is exactly 2 of my heavy assignments will be due when she leaves =(!!!! Without Crystal, we can't go out every sunday !!! Without Crystal, there is no longer Crystal Jade restaurant in Toowoomba =((( LOL !!! Pls don't leave me alone =(

Anyway, Me,Bev,Yvonne, Min, and Boy will definitely miss u !!! We will be missed shopping with you in GC, climbing the table top mountain and also aiya....alot la !!! So don't go home la !!!

In conclusion, I mean we will missed your car miserably =P ahahaa

When I cooked bah kut teh @ 1:20 AM

Out of a sudden I feel like crapping !!! =D

I am currently busy with summaries from morning until now .. =( I hate it !!! I have 12 chapters to summaries and I haven't even finish a single chapter after finished summaries then need to reflect sob sob sob !!!! Now i can't even type nicely -___-

So today I cooked something similar which looks like bah kut teh !!! Well, I think this blog is going to be all about foods =D
Lately, I enjoyed cooking, experimenting foods as well as doing groceries in a market !!! Last sunday, Me and friends went to Sunday market !!! I am so happy because I only spent 1.95 dollar for the groceries ahahaaa 1st time i spent so cheap and I am so excited with what I bought (1 avocado, 1 bag of french beans, bananas, 1 sweet corn and 1 red pepper) haih cooking for myself seems pathetic cause sometimes I really don't know what I want to eat. -_____-

Woke up around 7.00 am something. I brushed my teeth, washed my face, changed my clothes, boiled the water, cleaned up my room, did some reading for the summaries, After that, went to downstairs looking for foods. I found out that I still left a piece of chicken breast fillet =D !!! Then, somemore got organic mushrooms , then somemore got 1 red pepper, then somemore got onions, then somemore got a piece of ginger which is going to fart mou soon =D, then somemore got tau fu !!! Then, I think, think, think and i think of bah kut teh !!!! Therefore, ended up I cooked something which similar like bah kut teh !!! Which actually can last me for 2 meals today. But ended up, I belanja someone eat. When I asked her to eat , I thought she will eat a little bit however, she ate all the rice and my organic mushrooms =( and only left the soup and taufu for me !!! wth -____- I think i am so stupid !!! Well, is ok I am on diet now =D

Wanton mee @ 6:19 PM

Sometimes in life, I don't trust myself much. I just don't trust myself that I can cook WANTON MEE !!! hahaha =D

It has been 2 months I sleep, think, and dream of "wanton mee" so badly !!!! Wanton mee just freakingly appeared in my sweet dreams. Once, I even think of married to a man who sell wanton mee back home !!! (what a lame joke luckily is not in Toowoomba )!!!! Therefore, I am coming back soon, and I know the wanton mee is sitting kwai kwai at home waiting for me !!!!!!!!!!!! =D


Today, this post is basically about wanton mee. So let me tell you how I cooked it k? So last Sunday me and a bunch of friends (Me, Chrystal, Bev, Yvonne, Min, and boy) went to asian stall(Cocos) to get some groceries for celebrating a lantern festival !!!Me, Chrystal (our so called, driver who always make us sesat in Toowoomba =P) , and Yvonne is cooking for the celebration. (first time in my life cooked for Peoples !! haahha they are so lucky =D better cherish me and call me princess or precious =P ) Therefore, I cooked tandoori chicken !!! All I need is chicken so went to get chicken lor !!! For your information, I bought chicken wings cause chicken wings are the cheapest chicken in the grocery stall =D (something better than nothing ma =P)

Opps.... running out of topic d !!!I supposed to blog about wanton mee right??? Why became tandoori chicken???? =P Anyway, I am just trying to crap more and makes you all wait and peep my typing instead of fast showing you my home cooked recipe wanton mee =D.

Ok, so we went to Asian stall and get groceries, then I walked walked and searched searched then suddenly Yvonne and Boy came and told me to get this and that and introduced me a precious food called "wan ton" which is a ready made 1?! =D When i first see wanton in Toowoomba it is like so precious to me !!! I even forget what's my name and my age !!!! However, Yvonne and I noticed something which was the price tag !!! LOL It was superb expensive to have 12 ready made wanton which cost around 9.90 dollar !!!! (I think the wanton inside is not meat but "Kim" hokkien called GOLD !!! =D ) Conclusion is we didn't get the ready made wanton instead of getting the wanton pastry to make it ourselves. Of course, I just simply grabbed the wanton pastry, even though I not really know how to cook it !!! LOL I was thinking wanton is the love of my life so why not when I have the opportunity to meet wanton pastry, I shouldn't let it go !!! hahaa =P must grab it tight then go home only cracked my head and learn how to cook !!! =D


*Slurp slurp* yummy wanton soup =P

So, basically it is very easy to cook wanton !!! First, u need to have wanton pastry, then minced meat (chicken or pork or beef or even prawn as you like), but I used pork minced meat =D , then you also need to have pepper and soy sauce to marinate the minced meat before putting inside the wanton pastry. After about 1 hour of marinating the minced meat. Scoop a little amount of minced meat to put in each wanton pastry. Fold it neatly (I also not really know how to fold, I just agak agak =D), But it was still edible and yummy !!!!

After finish folding wanton, then may fry it or boil it with soup. Fry it just fry with oil la and boil just boil it with water or any flavour soup u like !!! ok???? That's about how to make a bowl of yummy wanton lor !! ahhahaa =P

Yummy home cooked wanton =D After the wanton, then you need to cook the mee. So then only can be called "WANTON MEE" LOL understand??

okok the mee is very easy. Just need to have thick black sauce, soy sauce, pepper, sugar, water, vegetable stock and the most important is Onion !!!!

First, u need to boil the mee until cooked !!! Then, fry the onion until brownish. Then, mix the black sauce, soy sauce, put a little of water, a little of vegetable stock, a bit sugar and then a little of pepper. After mixing it and stirring it and cooked it until you think is ready to mix it in the cooked mee!!!
Ta da !! Now you have wanton and mee and they just simply called it "WANTON MEE" !!!

Fat rice~ Nasi Lemak @ 6:23 PM

It's thursday today. It's also semester break !!!!!~ Basically, everyone is not having class but only assignments !!! And my essay is due tomorrow but I am going to submit it tonight through online !!! These days, everything can be done through online. However, craving for a plate of "Fat Rice" is impossible through online. Therefore, Me and a group of friends (Me, Bev, Randy, Nick, Ben, Ah Boy and Wilson are having a "Fat Rice DATE" today at Uni Plaza which is just opposite Student Village (place where I currently stay)

About 12.30 pm ~ Bev, Randy, Nick and Ben came over to my place to pick me up due to because I am the V.I.P ( very important princess) ahaha =P or perhaps because they worried I am sesat again goes to the wrong shop to get a plate of "FAT RICE" !!! =D or maybe they have the intention for wanting me to grow fat !!! Anyway, whatever reason...they are just being nice to date me for eating "FAT RICE" !!! Thanks you so much but why didn't you all pay for me???? =P

Well, enough of the fat rice date introduction now let me just show u what is "fat rice"~ Fat rice translated in malay is called "NASI LEMAK" ahhaha yeah !!! The purpose of this post is ~I want to show you my 7 dollar "nasi lemak photo" ahaha =D

Anyway, this broadband wireless costing me a bomb !!!!!!!! -_- I must learn how to save water and electricity from now on!!!! Oh ya ....I love my new cozy room although sometimes is freezing cold when the rain pours -_- !!!! I dislike raining days !!!!

Sighhhh everything here is extreamly expensive !!! Foods ???? Fast food is what I see almost everywhere me gonna turn to be so huge soon !!! hahaahaaa but luckily, i am not easily hungry even though now is winter ...But then still i can't help myself cause my mouth like to open widely whenever i am inside my room therefore chocolate and chips is one of my closest buddy from now on !!! Anyway, I just started my class last week. Well, I loves the uni here ...they are very well equipped and convenient !!! But one thing i dislike the most is there's alot of reading in this course !! Farewell @ 9:29 AM

Time swiftly passed by. Finally, today is my last day to blog in Malaysia =D !!! Frankly, I'm still lazy to update. But due to too many loyal readers and fans =P hahahaha so I blog now eventhough I'm down with ulcer inside my mouth *urgh* !!! Currently, I'm also having slight flu !!! I guess tomorrow once i reached brisbane I will be dying there cause is winter !!!! Dear Kuan nin ma you must remember to bless me !!!

Well, back to the topic. My very first farewell was from my collegue held on 7 June 2008 at boss house ~ a bbq party . Too bad they didn't take any pic with me cause they are afraid of my pretty face ^^ akakakaka =P ...anyway, here's some gifts from them.

It was my last day of school. The school decided to organized a trip to Tenmoku pottery factory. Well, this field trip was also my last trip together with the children. =)



We took a big bus to pottery factory. While on the way, the tour guide playing games and singing songs with the children I'm so proud of the children cause they are so brave to sing infront of so many peoples. All these while, I have trained my children to sing infront in the class. Not bad ya hahhaaaa proved that my lesson is good =P

































As u can see from the photos, after visit the factory, each child and teacher also given a cup to paint whatever they want to paint =D as a souvenir....anyway, this steps is called glazing The Firing step, will be done in 2 weeks time . So, we will only get our cups in 2 weeks time =D ...

Well, After visiting Tenmoku, we also went to Mcdonalds near Gombak =D ...The children is having their lunch time there =D !!!





So, what have I learned from the field trip???

From the trip, I learned how to make a good pot =D



Basically, a good pot needs only 3 steps =D

mixed feelings @ 12:53 PM

2 more days I am leaving again !!! I'm sad and happy. I have mixed feelings !! Sad because i have to let go some attachment in Klang. I gonna miss my furry animals, my parents, my relatives, my friends. And the saddest thing is I haven't go back to my previous work place to see the children. It is so hard for me to step in and step out and say bye bye to the children!!!! =( It's just so hard...Therefore,I finally make up my decision and refuse to see them !!!


Happy?? I am happy because i get to be independent again. I've more freedom here. I can go anywhere I want ...enjoy walking life, by bus or by cab !!! Dad no longer be my chauffeur. I feel so bad all the time when dad need to serve me !! I feel guilty all the time whenever I caused a trouble !!! Haihh I'm such a trouble maker !!! But things will be different when I am alone cause I learn to solve my own problem =D
I seriously learn alot here ...one damn thing I have ever learn here in Oz land is
"ASK" = Ask, Sincere, Knowledge =)~ Yeah, if i need anything I will ask around. Settle down myself instead of sitting down and goyang kaki !!!


Well, i always know god will never comes down from the sky. If I don't learn to ASK nobody will know what I want !!! Waiting for an opportunity to come is always impossible......

Since the days, when mummy left me in this "San Ka La" place. I've decided to learn up cooking myself with the help of my creative brain =D !! Pls give applause !!! Frankly, I have see alot of improvements and achievement in myself !!! Daddy not only send me to study but also to be a chef =D ahahahaa I guess by the time when I graduated, I will get to receive 2 most expensive certificates in my life. Cooking cert. and ECE cert. =P and I will never let dad and mum dissapointed =)

It's been so long I stop updating my blog. =D Because don't know what to blog =P

Anyway, this post is about how to make cheesy potatoes. Well, nowadays shopping for groceries are not cheap anymore !!! sighh why huh?? Potatoes also cost me more than RM 20 ? haihhh well..imported potatoes frm Aus of course =D!!! hahahaa so last friday, I decided to make cheesy potatoes for a bunch of friends in ballet class...The reason why I cooked potatoes is because I want to make them "FAT" !!! ahahaha =P how evil ahahhaa u know like the fairy tale >>> snow white and the 7 drawfs?? and i am the evil witch !! ehehehee =P

I m home ~ Home sweet Home? Bored like hell !!! And Yeah..with my beloved wonderful brain =D I finally knew how to take flight home by myself =P !!! sounds lame I know !!! Hahaaa =P pls give applause ..my first time take flight by myself weiii !!!!

It's been so long i stop updating my blog !! Sorry my dearest fans wahahaha =P..I was really busy with my assignments and also final practicum =D
Yeah, I've completed all my prac in Aus !! ahahaha what a relief !!! Gonna missed all the ang mor kias in Mirambeena !!! I am thankful and blessed that my dad and mum send me over to Aus. I seriously have learnt alot from all my mentors and liason. The staffs were really helpful and friendly towards me. Working in such environment seems stressed free. Everyone seems professional here. No politics, no gossiping, no shouting or biting the children !!! What I enjoy the most in the kindy was entering the staff room during lunch time. =D Cause I am allowed to have 1 hour break there. Most of the time I will sit down quietly and enjoyed my coffee alone or sometime together with few teachers. Anyway, I gonna work as a relieve teacher next year there. Hopefully, the supervisor still remember me !! Heheehe I gotta send her my resume =)

Well, although I have passed my final prac but still I was abit sad with the feedback from mentor. Sob sob sob sob !!! Makes me don't feel like completing the folder =( and hate her !!! I bought her a gift too when I left the school. Supposingly, the present is huge and expensive end up i changed it to become cheaper and smaller !!! hahahaa I am so mean yeah !!! ahhaaa the present is now in Malaysia !!! I gave it to my mum instead =D ...conclusion, I still wanna say I missed the children in Mirambeena so much !!!!! That's all about practicum life in Aust...

What i gonna show now is my new pink lappy =D *show off*


Anyway, I'm typing this blog with my new pink lappy VGN-CS16G in my beloved chamber ahaha loves it much...finally back to my own room !!! BTW, I loves the person who fetched me to PC fair and paid this for me !!! Thanks you so much xoxo !! Love you much =)

It's my last day today. I finally finished my placement for this semester. I
got an email from faculty today. They exempted my 3rd prac=D
so happy !!! That means, I only left one more prac in semester 3 which is coming soon in Nov 17 =D ~ Then, next year I only have to study 3 subjects per sem !!! Conclusion, I still left 6 more subjects in order to graduate =D

What a huge relief. It has been 2 weeks I didn't sleep well and eat well. I was down with sore throat, cough, then followed by a flu. I lost my voice during placement week. sob sob end up I have to drag my placement until this week. Which mean today is my last day. =D The day when I down with sore throat I was so worried, not sure what to do for my prac....luckily, lecturer gave me her hp number before....so i called her evening time... she said is okay I can delay my prac lor =D . Then the next day morning, I seek for doctor alone in order to get a medical cert. Sob Sob....walking alone to Uni Plaza ahaha anyway is near =D......mana tau the nurse said "come back tomorrow" !!! Hey .... I am half dead...she asked me come back tomolo !!! Wat the ... !!! End up, I walk to uni seek for doctor there !!! I waited for half an hour in student services finally i got a chance to visit the doctor and get a medical cert!! Guess what? an old lady appeared infront of me and said I am the doctor!! I actually freak off because she doesn't looks like 1 =D ...I don't know how to describe her look. But anyway, as long as i got that damn medical cert. everything is alright looooo =D

Till today, I am still down with flu and cough sob sobbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbb but luckily, i still managed to pass my placement with level 1 outstanding performance =D God blessed !!! I can't afford to fail my prac...it seems important cause if I fail my prac = I will fail the whole semester !!!

Anyway, is time to concentrate my assignments. Hopefully, I will get flying colours in this semester ...sob sob sob....

Tomolo I am going to treat my spine =) ....need to go swimming !!!! Sob sob my poor spine ..sorry for betraying you ^^

Omg....I've been spending so much money for my practicum =(

Everything convert d is like so expensive
construction papers convert d is about RM 15.00 ++ per pack for 100 sheets I actually went to 3 shops to compare price LOL end up I buy nothing home. At last, Crystal helped to get it for me but still so expensive and I haven't pay Crystal money sob sob sob !!!

A4 size felt 1 piece is 1 dollar ~ 10 pieces = 10 dollar !!!sob sob I haven't use it and I dunno why i bought them !!!!

Going home on dec....I am going to bring as many things as possible!!! sob sob I am having tough time to think of a lesson to teach. Without materials really hard for me to plan =((( somemore must follow children interest !!! Arghhhhh

I am down with sore throat now ! I need deflame but I already gave it to Bev and Bev gave it to Yvonne =( so tomorrow I must go pharmacy to buy lor...dear kor, why u gave me only 1 box la ???? !!! sighhhh.....all my sisters here are having sore throat and now is my turn =(((( maybe is because I drank too much of coffee !!! Lately, I am addicted to coffee !!!! 1 day 3 cups just to make myself awake but end up I still sleep like a pig !!!! Maybe i really need caffein pills???? Was asking bro to give me that day through msn if I go home and he said ok !!! Is he trying to kill me??? sob sob sob evil bro =P

Hopefully, tomorrow I got voice to sing with the children. Sigh actually i got no idea what to teach tomorrow. die die die I can only think of ducks !! Hahaaaaaaa cause that's the only resource I have !! =(

time is running out @ 7:15 AM

It's 7 am here ~ I am going to Rochelle's house in 2 hours time. Haven't really think of the questions to interview her -- !! Perhaps I will just straight away show her the assignment questions ???!!! LOL

Rueben's Observations only 50% done I must make sure to complete all the 12 observations by today. Sob sob. I CAN DO IT!!!!!


Somehow, I am having difficulty to interprete Rueben's observation. Sigh....He doesn't really talk much, he never shows any temper, he never shows any negative behaviour, he is just too attentive when he is playing. Sighhhh and every time when I observe him, he plays the same toys !!!sien sighh so with 12 observations what to write??? Tell me???? Do I also need to keep repeating ???? sob I should focus on his positive behaviour !!! LOL Well, in life it is easy to focus on human's negative behaviour compare to positive behaviour !!!That's why our world are not peaceful ~ so from today start, remember to observe my positive behaviour not negative behaviour k? Let's together make this world a peaceful place to stay!!! ahahhaa =P

Busiest month ~ @ 2:03 AM

I am busy, busy and busy ......I really busy meh??? sighhh... need to rest la !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wake up around 6am today. Feeling drowsy then I told myself I cannot be so restless anymore !! I must try finished my assignments before practicum starts!!! Then I go online. Checking my mail ...Found out that ECE 2112 essay result is released !!!! I'm panic and pray hard that I can score a HD again... However, it disapoints me =(

After that, I planned my literacy tasks. Found out that it was not as easy as I used to think. I looked carefully at the 11 heavy questions. LOL I feel like crying *sniffs* Because I don't know what to do for the resources =(!!! Again, quickly think think think think and I think =D realized that I actually borrowed a book from library weeks ago !!! Got some ideas there !!! So, I think again !!! Should i go get all the materials by today???? Cause next week I am having prac -___- and I don't think I got time to cook, to eat, to rest, to nap, to go out !!! sighhhh...Therefore, around 9.20 am I went to clifford garden to find some materials !! When I reached there, I ate Mcdonald =D then I snapped some photos *ahem* this time definitely not taking my face but all the different environmental logos !!! hahahaa =D

Yeah, everyone was looking at me when I snapped photos infront of mcdonald, red rooster, subway, and etc. =D !!! I am now done with this resource. Now, the important task is I need to write and print out the photos and makes it into a literacy game for 3 to 4 years old.

Finished eating~ I go shopping !!! Not sure, where to go cause this is only my second time to shop in Clifford Garden. I was abit sesat. Very blur =D Can u imagine, I am having a hard time looking for an ATM machine??? I actually walked around the whole Clifford Garden only I get to find the machine =D When I found the atm machine, then only I realized that I did passed by when I came down from the bus!!! =D wth !!! sob sob

Conclusion, Today I try to spend on cheap cheap materials (glue, tape, marker pen, water colours) sighh but I still need to pay alot -__- !!!! Stupid literacy resources !!! If I don't score I will go and knock the wall !!! Reached home 12.30 pm and this is what I did today !!!

Crystal farewell? @ 5:15 PM

I am currently suffering with a back ached probably is due to I carried my printer to repair by bus on Tuesday LOL ~ Dear Daddy, without u here with me, I am still alive and strong !!! =D no worries

Crystal help me to buy a printer and sent it to my house last night !! I am touched therefore tomorrow I am going to Australia Zoo with her !!!

Sob Sob....Crystal is leaving us soon =( 20 more days to go!! Which is exactly 2 of my heavy assignments will be due when she leaves =(!!!! Without Crystal, we can't go out every sunday !!! Without Crystal, there is no longer Crystal Jade restaurant in Toowoomba =((( LOL !!! Pls don't leave me alone =(

Anyway, Me,Bev,Yvonne, Min, and Boy will definitely miss u !!! We will be missed shopping with you in GC, climbing the table top mountain and also aiya....alot la !!! So don't go home la !!!

When I cooked bah kut teh @ 1:20 AM

Out of a sudden I feel like crapping !!! =D

I am currently busy with summaries from morning until now .. =( I hate it !!! I have 12 chapters to summaries and I haven't even finish a single chapter after finished summaries then need to reflect sob sob sob !!!! Now i can't even type nicely -___-

So today I cooked something similar which looks like bah kut teh !!! Well, I think this blog is going to be all about foods =D
Lately, I enjoyed cooking, experimenting foods as well as doing groceries in a market !!! Last sunday, Me and friends went to Sunday market !!! I am so happy because I only spent 1.95 dollar for the groceries ahahaaa 1st time i spent so cheap and I am so excited with what I bought (1 avocado, 1 bag of french beans, bananas, 1 sweet corn and 1 red pepper) haih cooking for myself seems pathetic cause sometimes I really don't know what I want to eat. -_____-

Woke up around 7.00 am something. I brushed my teeth, washed my face, changed my clothes, boiled the water, cleaned up my room, did some reading for the summaries, After that, went to downstairs looking for foods. I found out that I still left a piece of chicken breast fillet =D !!! Then, somemore got organic mushrooms , then somemore got 1 red pepper, then somemore got onions, then somemore got a piece of ginger which is going to fart mou soon =D, then somemore got tau fu !!! Then, I think, think, think and i think of bah kut teh !!!! Therefore, ended up I cooked something which similar like bah kut teh !!! Which actually can last me for 2 meals today. But ended up, I belanja someone eat. When I asked her to eat , I thought she will eat a little bit however, she ate all the rice and my organic mushrooms =( and only left the soup and taufu for me !!! wth -____- I think i am so stupid !!! Well, is ok I am on diet now =D

Wanton mee @ 6:19 PM

Sometimes in life, I don't trust myself much. I just don't trust myself that I can cook WANTON MEE !!! hahaha =D

It has been 2 months I sleep, think, and dream of "wanton mee" so badly !!!! Wanton mee just freakingly appeared in my sweet dreams. Once, I even think of married to a man who sell wanton mee back home !!! (what a lame joke luckily is not in Toowoomba )!!!! Therefore, I am coming back soon, and I know the wanton mee is sitting kwai kwai at home waiting for me !!!!!!!!!!!! =D


Today, this post is basically about wanton mee. So let me tell you how I cooked it k? So last Sunday me and a bunch of friends (Me, Chrystal, Bev, Yvonne, Min, and boy) went to asian stall(Cocos) to get some groceries for celebrating a lantern festival !!!Me, Chrystal (our so called, driver who always make us sesat in Toowoomba =P) , and Yvonne is cooking for the celebration. (first time in my life cooked for Peoples !! haahha they are so lucky =D better cherish me and call me princess or precious =P ) Therefore, I cooked tandoori chicken !!! All I need is chicken so went to get chicken lor !!! For your information, I bought chicken wings cause chicken wings are the cheapest chicken in the grocery stall =D (something better than nothing ma =P)

Opps.... running out of topic d !!!I supposed to blog about wanton mee right??? Why became tandoori chicken???? =P Anyway, I am just trying to crap more and makes you all wait and peep my typing instead of fast showing you my home cooked recipe wanton mee =D.

See this empty plate is more than enough =P

Ok, so we went to Asian stall and get groceries, then I walked walked and searched searched then suddenly Yvonne and Boy came and told me to get this and that and introduced me a precious food called "wan ton" which is a ready made 1?! =D When i first see wanton in Toowoomba it is like so precious to me !!! I even forget what's my name and my age !!!! However, Yvonne and I noticed something which was the price tag !!! LOL It was superb expensive to have 12 ready made wanton which cost around 9.90 dollar !!!! (I think the wanton inside is not meat but "Kim" hokkien called GOLD !!! =D ) Conclusion is we didn't get the ready made wanton instead of getting the wanton pastry to make it ourselves. Of course, I just simply grabbed the wanton pastry, even though I not really know how to cook it !!! LOL I was thinking wanton is the love of my life so why not when I have the opportunity to meet wanton pastry, I shouldn't let it go !!! hahaa =P must grab it tight then go home only cracked my head and learn how to cook !!! =D


*Slurp slurp* yummy wanton soup =P

So, basically it is very easy to cook wanton !!! First, u need to have wanton pastry, then minced meat (chicken or pork or beef or even prawn as you like), but I used pork minced meat =D , then you also need to have pepper and soy sauce to marinate the minced meat before putting inside the wanton pastry. After about 1 hour of marinating the minced meat. Scoop a little amount of minced meat to put in each wanton pastry. Fold it neatly (I also not really know how to fold, I just agak agak =D), But it was still edible and yummy !!!!

After finish folding wanton, then may fry it or boil it with soup. Fry it just fry with oil la and boil just boil it with water or any flavour soup u like !!! ok???? That's about how to make a bowl of yummy wanton lor !! ahhahaa =P

Yummy home cooked wanton =D After the wanton, then you need to cook the mee. So then only can be called "WANTON MEE" LOL understand??

okok the mee is very easy. Just need to have thick black sauce, soy sauce, pepper, sugar, water, vegetable stock and the most important is Onion !!!!

First, u need to boil the mee until cooked !!! Then, fry the onion until brownish. Then, mix the black sauce, soy sauce, put a little of water, a little of vegetable stock, a bit sugar and then a little of pepper. After mixing it and stirring it and cooked it until you think is ready to mix it in the cooked mee!!!
Ta da !! Now you have wanton and mee and they just simply called it "WANTON MEE" !!!

Fat rice~ Nasi Lemak @ 6:23 PM

It's thursday today. It's also semester break !!!!!~ Basically, everyone is not having class but only assignments !!! And my essay is due tomorrow but I am going to submit it tonight through online !!! These days, everything can be done through online. However, craving for a plate of "Fat Rice" is impossible through online. Therefore, Me and a group of friends (Me, Bev, Randy, Nick, Ben, Ah Boy and Wilson are having a "Fat Rice DATE" today at Uni Plaza which is just opposite Student Village (place where I currently stay)

About 12.30 pm ~ Bev, Randy, Nick and Ben came over to my place to pick me up due to because I am the V.I.P ( very important princess) ahaha =P or perhaps because they worried I am sesat again goes to the wrong shop to get a plate of "FAT RICE" !!! =D or maybe they have the intention for wanting me to grow fat !!! Anyway, whatever reason...they are just being nice to date me for eating "FAT RICE" !!! Thanks you so much but why didn't you all pay for me???? =P

Well, enough of the fat rice date introduction now let me just show u what is "fat rice"~ Fat rice translated in malay is called "NASI LEMAK" ahhaha yeah !!! The purpose of this post is ~I want to show you my 7 dollar "nasi lemak photo" ahaha =D

Hello Peeps @ 9:35 AM

Hello my dearest friends~ finally i blog already hahaaa let me once again present you this bimbo blog of mines =P Well, before i starts crapping I got an annoucement which is "I miss you all my dearest FANS" !!! Wahahaha =P

Anyway, this broadband wireless costing me a bomb !!!!!!!! -_- I must learn how to save water and electricity from now on!!!! Oh ya ....I love my new cozy room although sometimes is freezing cold when the rain pours -_- !!!! I dislike raining days !!!!

Sighhhh everything here is extreamly expensive !!! Foods ???? Fast food is what I see almost everywhere me gonna turn to be so huge soon !!! hahaahaaa but luckily, i am not easily hungry even though now is winter ...But then still i can't help myself cause my mouth like to open widely whenever i am inside my room therefore chocolate and chips is one of my closest buddy from now on !!! Thanks to chocolate and chips !!! I love u all =D !!!

Anyway, I just started my class last week. Well, I loves the uni here ...they are very well equipped and convenient !!! But one thing i dislike the most is there's alot of reading in this course !! Really really really FREAKING ALOT !! I looks like a FREAKO now !!!!! Don't believe??? Let me show u !!!!

Farewell @ 9:29 AM

Time swiftly passed by. Finally, today is my last day to blog in Malaysia =D !!! Frankly, I'm still lazy to update. But due to too many loyal readers and fans =P hahahaha so I blog now eventhough I'm down with ulcer inside my mouth *urgh* !!! Currently, I'm also having slight flu !!! I guess tomorrow once i reached brisbane I will be dying there cause is winter !!!! Dear Kuan nin ma you must remember to bless me !!!

Well, back to the topic. My very first farewell was from my collegue held on 7 June 2008 at boss house ~ a bbq party . Too bad they didn't take any pic with me cause they are afraid of my pretty face ^^ akakakaka =P ...anyway, here's some gifts from them.

It was my last day of school. The school decided to organized a trip to Tenmoku pottery factory. Well, this field trip was also my last trip together with the children. =)



We took a big bus to pottery factory. While on the way, the tour guide playing games and singing songs with the children I'm so proud of the children cause they are so brave to sing infront of so many peoples. All these while, I have trained my children to sing infront in the class. Not bad ya hahhaaaa proved that my lesson is good =P

































As u can see from the photos, after visit the factory, each child and teacher also given a cup to paint whatever they want to paint =D as a souvenir....anyway, this steps is called glazing The Firing step, will be done in 2 weeks time . So, we will only get our cups in 2 weeks time =D ...

Well, After visiting Tenmoku, we also went to Mcdonalds near Gombak =D ...The children is having their lunch time there =D !!!





So, what have I learned from the field trip???

From the trip, I learned how to make a good pot =D



Basically, a good pot needs only 3 steps =D



Which is Shaping, Glazing and Firing !!! Yay !!!

*sigh* too bad I couldn't snapped any photos there !!!Before warning, I only managed to takes 2 photos inside the factory =( ...Anyway, Something better than nothing lor =D

Fuhhhhhhhhh.....to all my loyal readers ~ Hello !! How are you?? Missing me?? Hahaa
sorry for not updating my blog. I was lazy at the same time I was busy too !!!

I was Busy for a few big events ...one of the event was my wedding day =D

See, I ain't kidding with you!!!



So last friday, I woke up very early to prepared myself for my big big day !!! Hahaa which is my wedding ceremony =D

Anyway, I just kidding la ....who so lucky to marry me??? hahaha =P!!! Well, my make-up teacher chose me to be her model for C&G profile. Hummm...not sure what is that !!! Wonder why she chose me??? cause my face is oval shape!! Hahahaa according to her oval = perfect shape !!! Anyway, It was a tiring day and here's two photos for you to peep =P
